To apply:

1. Download an adoption survey.

2. Fill it out on your computer and email it back to AndreaOTAT@gmail.com or handwrite your answers and fax it back to us at 866-515-6828.

It is part of One Tail’s mission to place each of our dogs in the right home for their personality and needs to ensure a healthy, life-long bond between dog and owner. Please answer all questions truthfully so that we can work to make the best match possible between you and your potential new dog.

3. A volunteer Adoption Counselor will contact you within 24-48 hours of receiving your survey to discuss next steps in completing the adoption process.

If you have questions about a specific dog before filling out a survey, please email AndreaOTAT@gmail.com or AnnaOTAT@gmail.com with your inquiry. One Tail will always truthfully inform potential adopters of any behaviors a dog is exhibiting while under our care, to the best of our knowledge. Some dogs may show behaviors that were not present in foster care once in their adoptive homes.
