ADOPTION CENTER MANAGER
One Tail at a Time is in search of a dog lover and people person to manage our Adoption Center.

Objectives:
The AC Manager will be in charge of volunteer scheduling, keeping supplies stocked, ensuring the health and welfare of the resident dogs are being addressed day to day, assist in adoptions of resident dogs, and work with the Shelter Director and Executive Director to ensure best adoption practices for the facility are implemented and maintained.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years working with animals. Veterinary technician or Shelter Staff experience preferred. Rescue experience highly desired.
Must be comfortable working with all sizes, breeds and temperaments of dogs.
Needs basic understanding of common medical issues and their treatments.
Needs to be an exceptional communicator.
Must be available to work weekends and some holidays.
Excellent customer service and a desire to work with people is required.

CRISP Program Manager

CRISP is in search of a community-minded individual with experience dealing with animals to manage our shelter intervention and community support programs.

Objectives:
The PM will create, in conjunction with CRISP leaders, a comprehensive landlord crisis program. PM will manage the entirety of the program.
The PM will manage the CRISP veterinary support diversion program. This includes ensuring all animals get proper veterinary care, counseling families, reporting results to CRISP leaders, and creating excellent lines of communication between the family receiving support, veterinary entities providing support, and CRISP leaders.
Specific tasks include:
Ensuring all required documents are completed by families along with CRISP team on-hand that day
Transmitting necessary information to vet’s office to which pet is sent for treatment, and handling all resulting invoices
Completing follow-up in a timely manner with family, vet, and CRISP leads on results and next steps in the treatment process
Keeping accurate and detailed records of all correspondence, documentation, and results for any Owner Support cases handled
Maintaining positive relationships with all families and vet offices by maintaining consistent, helpful communication

Requirements:

Ideal candidate will be at least conversational in Spanish
Exceptional communication skills, including regular text message and email correspondence. As CRISP is on-site at CACC on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11 am to 4pm, the PM will be required to be available and responsive during these hours in particular.
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency with Google Drive and Sheets

Employment Details:
This position is for 10-15 hours a week.
