Marketing & Events Coordinator
Work Week: Tuesday-Saturday, *some Sundays may be required
OTAT is looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us spread the good word about animal adoption. A sense of humor, passion for animals, and ability to communicate with a growing team are all required.
Salary Range: starts at $40,000 dependent on experience and abilities

Job Duties:
Assist the development team in developing content, including high quality photos and videos
Develop, propose, and implement new marketing strategies to expand OTAT’s current base of foster homes, potential adopters, donors, and volunteers
Plan and create high impact content to support cross-departmental marketing & fundraising goals
Develop high engagement video for a variety of digital platforms
Create and manage social media ads to support goals of all departments
Create and manage Google and social media ads to drive goals across all departments
Keep website up to date & propose/develop new ideas to create an engaging experience for new and returning page visitors
Support development of OTAT’s style guidelines and branding resources
Assist in the planning and execution of OTAT events
Engage the Associate Board and provide support in production of their annual event fundraiser
Ensure that OTAT’s brand is consistent and well represented
Assist in production and management of OTAT merchandise and web store
Produce digital and printed materials in conjunction with the Development Team
