Tortie & Co., located at 1468 N. Ashland Ave, is a unique gift boutique that features free roaming adoptable OTAT cats in the shop. Our boutique features OTAT merch, plus housewares, pet products, candles, puzzles and games, paper goods, and a variety of other gifts from small businesses and local makers. 100% of shop profits will help OTAT continue rescuing dogs, cats, and rabbits in need!
