Meet Zeus

Zeus is living in a foster home. Fill out our quick adoption survey, and then we can set up a phone call or meet-and-greet with the foster!

Zeus is:

Neutered: Yes!

Up to date on vaccines: Yes!

Microchipped: Yes! Our microchips will automatically register when an adoption is finalized

More about Zeus:

Housebroken: Doing well on a consistent routine with frequent potty breaks

Crate trained: Working on it! He does not love being home alone, and can take some time to settle. He would benefit from continuing to work on this, and would appreciate an adopter who is home often!

Leash walking: Doing great!!

Dog social: Yes! He lives with other calm dogs in his foster home and has been doing well.

Cat social: Unknown, but he has done well overall with the dog-savvy bunny in his foster home so hey may do well with cats

Kid friendly: Unknown, but he may do best with older kids (12+) given his age and some confusion when he is awoken at times

Zeus likes:

- Snack time

- Naps and snuggles

- Going for walks

- Just being with his person

Zeus is sweet little old man, who loves his naps, snacks, and trotting around the neighborhood. Zeus really loves his person and is very loyal. He is a great work from home buddy and will lay next to you all day to offer moral support. He enjoys walks and has the cutest little prance, and walks like he is on a mission. He loves being held like a baby, and does the best "lean" into you for hugs. He also has a favorite blankie that he carries around with him from room to room. And when he is ready to go outside he will pick up his leash and bring it to you!

Zeus has been diagnosed with degenerative valve disease, but no medications are needed currently as there is no secondary heart enlargement; he will need a cardio re-check in one year. He is taking medications for liver support and nighttime restlessness.

Zeus's adoption fee is $150, and he is ready to give his love to his person!
