Dog is Family: Junebug
Jordan still has the first picture she ever saw of Junebug saved to her phone! OTAT had just rescued Junebug (and her giant cast!) from animal control, and Jordan couldn’t help but send her now husband a picture right away.
They started looking for a dog-friendly apartment, and it just so happened that when they found that apartment a few months later, Junebug was still on the OTAT adoptables page, waiting for them.
Junebug’s dad wanted a dog so badly when he was growing up, but his brother was very allergic. The first night after they brought Junebug home, she fell asleep in his lap just a few hours later and barely left his side for two days!
Jordan and Junebug are excited for the holiday season, because it means they can take walks in the snowy forest preserve behind their house. How are you and your pups making the most of cold weather this year?
