One Tail at a Time has taken in more than 35 shelter pets in need after last month’s severe winter storms in Texas left many shelters in dire circumstances including flooding, no power, and no running water. Our partnership with area shelters has allowed us to take in many of the dogs in need and utilize our local network of animal rescues to place the dogs in loving foster homes here in the Chicagoland area.
Our friends at WGN Chicago helped make sure these pups got an ~extra warm welcome~ even in the snowy Chicago weather by featuring some of their stories – check it out below!
